The product will be replaced / returned only if it has a factory defect. If you want to exchange / return the product, please contact the company via e-chat and inform about the exchange / return of the product. The following conditions must be fully met for the exchange / return of the item:
In order to exchange / return the item, the customer must present the order identification number and proof of payment in the form of an SMS or bank statement from the bank.
• The packaging of the item must be undamaged
• An item can be exchanged for a similar item of the same value, and if there is no stock in the item to be exchanged, an exchange can be made for any item of the same or more value by adding an amount.
• Equipment warranty period – 1 week. • Warranty period for small appliances – 3 months.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of receipt of the item by the user.
The item will not be exchanged and the warranty conditions do not apply to it if:
• The warranty period has expired. • The item shows signs of physical damage. • The product set is not fully presented. • The device was not used for its intended purpose. • Damage is caused by an electrical malfunction. • If there are other circumstances that preclude the seller from liability.
